Absolutely LOVED this place! The whole center piece of my engagement ring came off and they had it looking brand new within A DAY!! I was so upset to have to part with it, but Miss Shirlie reassured me that my baby was in good hands! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.. they know how to keep their customers happy! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that either needs a piece of jewelry fixed, or even if you want a beautiful new piece for yourself.. this is the place you want to visit!

Shirlie was amazing ! Made sure my wedding band was perfect and how I wanted it. Took the time to sit down and listen to everything I wanted and took the imagine right out of my head and made my dream wedding band ! Couldn't ask for a better company and staff to make my wedding day even better. Highly recommend !
Worst customer service I've experienced! Owner was very rude when confronted about a completely butchered ring.

Jewelry creations has a very elegant selection of jewelry. I love it because it has even the smallest detail that brings out the design. They also have the best customer service. They are always ready to help a customer and make sure you are satisfied with your jewelry.
I freaked when I looked down & saw a diamond missing out of my ring, especially since the store it was purchased from closed! I hate not having it & they assured me it would be well taken care of. It only took a day and a half to fix & looks more amazing than ever! The fast & friendly service will def keep me coming back here! (:
I brought in an engagement ring that sat too high for my active lifestyle and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. I was nervous since it was my fiancés grandmothers.
