Our owner and head cook, Benny Polisi, opened Italian Garden in 2010 to share his love for homemade Italian food with the McKinney community. Having grown up in Albania and cooking under the instruction of his grandmother, Benny learned to perfect the art of Italian cooking at a young age. Horrible Service! The food is good but you have five or more young teenage girls just standing talking to each other instead of waiting on their customers. We have tried this place twice with horrible customer service both times.
Watched family after family come in, eat, then leave as we waited for one pizza. Their excuse: filling tickets in the order they are received. I beg to differ. Their lies on top of their avoidance of our table just made this the worst service we have ever received. They can comp our appetizer and drinks because we just walked out. Great effort on trying to stop us, but that effort was way wait.

First and last time I will eat here. Horrible service! We were not seated, had to ask for silverware, my husband's order was wrong, didn't get my salad, and I found a hair in my Chicken Marsala! Nasty!!!
