RecommendedThis was my first time trying this place and it was amazing. my fiancé ordered fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken and i ordered sicilian pasta. the food was made and gave to us within 15-20 minutes and it was the best pasta we’ve ever had!! totally recommend this place❗️❤️
Just got the sea food platter fish was burnt along with hush puppies and had styrofoam melted to one had like 4 popcorn shrimp inside for what I paid for this I won’t be back.
Called in a delivery order. When it was late, we called and the owner gets on the phone with the driver screaming that she delivered to the wrong place. Driver gets there 20 minutes later- 1.5 hrs into our experience to tell me she was directed to the hotel to pick up our order that she accidentally delivered to the wrong place only to realize “she had our order”. Some of the best Italian food I've ever had in my life! Super nice service as well! We called and placed an order and they brought the food right out to the car! I will for sure stop by here again when in the Wytheville area!
It took an hour and 45 minutes to receive our food. Once the food was delivered to our home, we noticed we were missing a house salad. The restaurant explained they would “send it right over”; however, it took ANOTHER 45 minutes to receive the missing item. The food was very bland. I will never eat here again.
When passing through Wytheville, we always grab something because it is delicious ! Did not disappoint this time. Veggie Calzone, Steak hoagie The Works and the delicious garlic knots! Friendly curbside service.
Ordered delivery at 6:50 called at 8:15 and was told the driver was on the way. Called back at 8:50 to cancel and get the money back and what ever dipshit answered the phone cocked a attitude and said have the driver call when they arrived and hung up the phone. Great customer service from whoever the dipshit was that answered plus waiting over two hours to get the pizza and side salad is messed up when they said it would be a hour tops
not cook hair in the food and then yell at your customers for calling in a complaint
they messed up my order and refused to fix it then the owner said ill give u discount next time well i just called and he said i don't know ehat happened bit im not going to fix it nor give u discount so im paying full price again! these ppl do have good food but this place is a joke whennit comes to fixing their mistakes!
