I ordered through DoorDash and requested the pesto tortellini with added blackened chicken. Instead, I received plain fettuccine Alfredo, which wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called the restaurant around 8:15 p.m. to let them know about the mistake, but the girl who answered simply said, "Okay," and didn't offer an apology, an explanation, or any attempt to make it right. Have eaten at two of Italian Bistro’s locations (Surf City & Porter’s Neck) and both make great pizza and wings at a great price. They have been consistent for as long as we’ve been going there and will continue to give them our business. Lastly, greatly appreciate the military discount!
