It’s very unprofessional for you to call a customer a liar and that they are exaggerating. I was very much so told on the phone the wait would be 5-15 min. We called at 2:48, arrived around 3:00, and did not leave with the salad until after 3:30.That is over 30 minutes from the time the order was placed. Never call and order food for pick up. This is the second time this has happened. They will tell you 5-15 min and you’ll get there to pick up your food and end up waiting over 30 minutes. Not like I ordered a lot either it was a salad with chicken. Wasn’t even busy. Also didn’t even close the container the salad was in so if we didn’t check before we left the salad would have been spilled in the bag.
Inconsistent food quality and taste. Not same as the porters neck location unfortunately.
