It Starts Here Fitness is exactly what I needed! I’ve been working out for over 20 years at regular gyms and I was getting bored with my workouts. I met Brad, the owner of It starts here fitness, at the MS Dream Center. When I first went to the center I did not know to expect I was recently diagnosed with MS. If you are looking for a gym with kind, none judgemental and encouraging people, then this is your gym! Every class is fun, challenging, and exciting. I've been here for almost a year, and I don't see myself anywhere else! I've had a lot of trainers, and none of them have compared to Brad!
