ISH is by far my favorite class based gym! My sister and I started training here for HYROX with no experience, and the support has been incredible from day one! Brad takes the time to learn your strengths and pushes you to improve where you need it most! Great coaching, great classes, and an awesome community! Highly recommend!

It Starts Here Fitness is a unique gym; unlike any other gym I have belonged to in the past! Whether you are new to working out or you are training for a Hyrox or Deka, there is something for everyone. Coach Brad will push you to your limit, which will in turn make you stronger and more capable than before. I love working out here and leave feeling humbled everytime! Check it out!
It Starts Here Fitness is exactly what I needed! I’ve been working out for over 20 years at regular gyms and I was getting bored with my workouts. I started here just a couple weeks ago and I’m excited about working out again. The training is done in small group classes and it can be tailored to meet each persons fitness levels while remaining challenging. I met Brad, the owner of It starts here fitness, at the MS Dream Center. When I first went to the center I did not know to expect I was recently diagnosed with MS. I went to one of his classes and he was very persistent on how people with autoimmune diseases should continue to workout and move their body.
