I joined ISH because I wanted to do a HYROX. I was comfortable with running and weight training separately, but HYROX is a whole different beast that requires specific preparation. The classes at ISH gave me exactly the training I needed to feel ready on race day. Brad keeps things fun, and the community he’s built is incredible.
