Dr. Wollak and his staff were very professional with the contact of their patients. However, also friendly an will carry on a conversation. All of my questions were answered professionally yet to where I could understand what I was being told. I had no insurance issues which is a huge plus. Also, I was switching to Dr. Wollak as a new patient. I had no issues with getting my supplies for my CPAP and oxygen machine although that providers is new as well.
