The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I just came in for a new charger for my Macbook, and the employee helping me let me know that they didn't have the correct one in stock, and the one they did have in stock would potentially harm my battery life in the long run. I know nothing about computers and they absolutely could have taken advantage of that to get a sale, but instead looked up local competitors stock and referred me elsewhere since I needed it today.
