I had istorage for about 3months which went great until public storage brought the property I had bad experiences with public storage prior to this location when I called to speak about my unit and pricing going up they have a rude customer service workers that do not know how to communicate with the paying customers and they are rude asked to speak with a manager and the representative said good luck with reaching them whelp I reached him with a very dissatisfied survey that I left of the customer service representative tha... read more
I stopped in today and Chastity was the office girl that helped me. I would give her 10 stars if I could!! She was excellent with her customer service & was such a nice, welcoming person! You need more like her!! Thanks ~

Been using this place for my storage needs for quite a while now. At most recently changed from an NSA to a Public Storage. Still the same great customer service in the office whenever I have a concern.
