Since the switch to public storage no one has answers. I've had to call them every month so far about my monthly rate. One supervisor told me my rate is the same while the other one said it was raised back with istorage (former company) even though I never received a notification from them. Public storage "adjusted" my rate a bit lower as a "courtesy" but not to the original one I had. I had chosen this stoage facility because it was gated and secure. Public storage took over and the gate never is closed. It has been at least 2 months. For $133.00 per month it should be secure, but it is not.
They gave me a different price over the phone, told me there was a special then when it came time to pay it was more. Also there wasn't really any signage to indicate where the property was so it was a little difficult finding the place at first. Other than that, everything went smooth
Very interesting how this operation works. Difficult to reach a live person when there’s an issue but when autopay is turned OFF there’s suddenly 7 messages in a 12 hour time span.
