Awful customer service, Needed a large unit to move, hired movers and a uhaul and pulled up to find they closed with no access, no heads up no notice. “Emergency seal coat needed to be done” they had the this emergency seal coating planned long in advance but gave no written notice to customers, no email, no phone. Just a handwritten note on the access panel that looks like it was written by a 5 yr old with no fingers. I will be editing my review and updating for how this situation was resolved. Today I decided to help my friend move all there heavy furniture into the storage unit as they are moving into a house they bought. We rented a uhaul, payed movers to help move and get all the way there just to see a sign saying emergency seal coat being layed and closed for the day. We proceed to make the best of this and unload it all by hand and walk it to our unit as we are on a time crunch. A woman comes out and proceeds to tell us to leave or she’s calling the cops.
