Easy to do business with because Jason has worked at the McGregor location for 14 years. The company portal to create an online account needs to be updated and improved
First, a woman I spoke with on the phone to set up autopay stole my account information. I hadn't used that card in months, and 5 hours after I provided her with my information, I received a fraud alert indicating that someone used my card at Walmart.com for $500. Fortunately, my bank was able to stop this. Additionally, when I arrived to move my belongings, the unit assigned to me was a 10 x 20, not the 12 x 30 that I had leased.
