I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to this shop in Billings, MT on Monday around 5:30 PM for an air pressure issue that would not build past 61 PSI. I was told the air compressor needed to be replaced. The repair was not completed until Wednesday around 10:30 AM. After picking up the truck, I noticed multiple issues that should have been caught before releasing the vehicle. very slow service took four days to fix electric problems and all the do just make money i don't recommend them don't go there
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing unresolved DEF system issues with my 2022 Freightliner, which has been serviced at both your Great Falls and Billings locations. The truck has repeatedly experienced SPN 6875 (DEF Quality Sensor) faults and is now also showing SPN 520372 FMI 16. Despite multiple service visits, the issue continues to return.
