We have ordered from this place numerous times. Typically we ordered on Uber Eats and never had to talk to a person over the phone. I called to place a pickup order. The young man on the phone took down the wrong order. When we picked it up and took it back in saying it was the wrong order - not only did they REFUSE to fix the order, they also REFUSED to give us a refund for the WRONG ORDER. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Will not be returning.
