Horrible customer service experience. I called three different numbers, all on their website for the Piedmont location, and the individual who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked for a new patient appointment. Having heard so many wonderful things about this practice, I am extremely disappointed.
Dr. Horton and her staff are some of the best in the business. They are professional and compassionate and make your children feel extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!
Stop telling people to disregard the letter about compromised information from a cybersecurity attack. This is stupid and dangerous advice. Stolen health information, including social security numbers linked to insurance benefits, can ruin livelihoods. If your front desk staff don't know what to say, have them direct folks to your Privacy Officer instead. A delayed answer is better than a wrong one.
My son has been a patient of this facility for a few years, today he was scheduled for a dental cleaning, upon arriving from the moment I got there the office manager would give me mean looks, once we were taken to the room she approached me in a very rude and hostile way that this is a “shirt and shoe clinic” I was wearing a strapless top with very high waisted jean and sandals (regular flip flops) as this is the clothes I wear in this summer weather, I was fully clothed meeting all BASIC public hygiene and safety expectati... read more
My girls have been going here since 2020 and I've always had a great experience with all the staff. Today was our first time with Dr. Brown and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He worked really well with my daughter too, of course, but he thoroughly explained everything to me about what he was seeing and stating facts about both me and my husband (who wasn't there) just by looking into my daughter's mouth. It showed just how good he is at his job and I greatly appreciated all the input as well!
