We started using them when we moved to the area in 2018. The building has always been incredibly well looked after and clean. We never had to worry about our things in storage. That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months. Just vacated my unit after 2+ years, but I'd come right back if I need storage again. Very clean, secure (key code allows access to your floor; can explicitly key code on your way out), well lit, covered loading zone, carts are well maintained and easy to use, staff provides great service.
Super clean, secure, high tech. Simply one of the nicest, best run storage facilities I've rented. Convenient location in Issaquah, I've never had any issues parking right in front of the doors. Staff here are awesome, renting and vacating were super smooth. Online payment portal was easy to use. Highly recommend if the location works for you.
