I made an appointment for a full set and had to to wait 25 minutes for someone to be available. Larry rushed through my full set. My nails were crooked and filed completely wrong. I asked for a pedicure too and I waited another 20 minutes with my feet in cold water for someone to start. My pedicure was also rushed through. I spent $80 dollars and over 2 hours in that nail shop with crooked nails and gel polish that is already coming off. I used to LOVE Isabella Nail and Spa went every two weeks religiously for a year and stopped for a bit. I went yesterday and was not pleased. I told Jackie EXACTLY what i wanted and she completely ignored me. She inquired about the length and i said it was too short, but she cut anyway, she was so focused on the camera trained on the front desk that my nails ended up shorter than i wanted and oddly shaped�� Not happy and not going back.
The best place for a pedicure. VERY clean and a beautiful, soothing atmosphere. The massage chairs are in excellent condition and give a really nice massage. The technicians are well trained and very gentle. They take their time to give fantastic massages and I love the orange sugar scrub they rub on your legs. Huge selection of fresh bottles of nail polish with just about any color you could imagine. This place is popular and can get busy at times so I recommend making an appointment. It's worth it!
We came to this salon for the first time today. We had the best mani/pedi ever, will definitely be back!! Thanks for an awesome spa day.
