Made an appointment for a pedicure and still waited 30 mins. The staff didn’t even say how long it was gonna be. So after 30 30 minutes I asked him how long it was gonna be. They asked if I made the appointment online I said no does that make a difference? Anyway, they suck at appointments.!!! Kim is the only that does good pedicures! she wasn’t there so I guess it was a sign to wait for kim for next week!! They were very rough with my hands the job was horrible I was a ispa supporter but not anymore they messed up my nails and when I asked for them to get fixed they got so crappy with me and I kept telling them what was wrong but wouldn’t listen to me and I still have gel polish on the side of my finger they done a very sloppy job. very terrible experience will never go back and I don’t recommend this place.
Came here for the first time with my mom and the men did our pedicures. They did a very good job and they were very nice. It wasn’t very busy so it worked out perfect. I’ll be returning!!
I come to this place all the time for manicures and pedicures. I usually get both services done together and spend well over $100 every time. I don't see the same person every visit. Today I had Nick, he's the one who sits in the first chair when you walk in. I've never had him do my nails before, but he was so rude. I was getting my acrylics filled.
