Came here for the first time with my mom and the men did our pedicures. They did a very good job and they were very nice. It wasn’t very busy so it worked out perfect. I’ll be returning!!

I come to this place all the time for manicures and pedicures. I usually get both services done together and spend well over $100 every time. I don't see the same person every visit. Today I had Nick, he's the one who sits in the first chair when you walk in. I've never had him do my nails before, but he was so rude. I was getting my acrylics filled. Booked an online appointment for 3:35 and when I walked in I was told to pick my color and wait. I waited a full hour before I was sat down to get my full set, as I was about to be helped she told me another coworker would be doing mine when she was finished with her client and started working on someone who came in after me. I was told to wait another 40 minutes and I ended up walking out. Extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure the point of making appointments is for.
