Ordered a 5' cherry tree online in autumn for spring delivery. The tree arrived with a gel root dip in a bag and seemed to be alive. That's about all positive I can say about it. The tree was cut back just a few inches from the trunk with no branches at all. The base of the tree had been pruned prior in a way that you wouldn't get a straight trunk at the base.
