We worked with the amazing Laura Barnhill at Ison Realty to sell my parents' vacant lot in Mason County. This was a very lengthy process since vacant lots typically take longer to sell. However, Laura's excellent communication skills, diligence and hard work brought us to the finish line. We are very happy with the outcome, and we highly recommend Ison Realty.

We both bought and sold houses recently using Ison Realty. Shane knows what he is doing. He got us top price for the house we sold and a good deal on the house we bought. And they both closed on the same day, so no hotel stay. I would recommend Ison Realty to everyone.

Owning homes and renting and managing them myself I had to explain my horrible experience with Shane Ison. He is the worst I have ever seen. Any time I have tried to get ahold of him the last year I have had to call and leave a message, text and email and I was lucky if he responded within a few days. Luckily for us there were no emergencies that needed his immediate attention while we lived there. Shane is an outstanding person. He and his team went to bat for us every step of the way with selling our home. He was understanding with all of our needs and kept great communication between the many parties involved.
