RecommendedI was referred to Ison Realty by my parents. Shane listened intently to what I was looking for and showed me many properties until we found the home that was an exact match. He successfully negotiated the offer, got us through escrow and closed the transaction in an efficient, professional manner. Shane is very experienced, did a great job for me and I'd hire his firm to represent me again.
Shane is the worst he will leave you stranded with no update! He cannot effective communicate!!!! Told me my place was ready and the day I come into town he ghost me and does not reply or answer calls so I had to get a hotel for the night! He only tells me “meet up tomorrow at 1030” what a joke of a real estate agent! And when I got the keys the house was trash!!!! I have been working with Shane since 2003. I have used him to buy/sell several properties. My mother and brother have also utilized Shane's services for their real estate properties. Shane was very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done correctly. He is very honest, professional and hardworking. Ison Realty proved to be unprofessional in all dealings after the signing of the contract. As the successful owner of several rental properties, I would not recommend this agency to handle my rental properties, either as the owner or as a renter.
We worked with the amazing Laura Barnhill at Ison Realty to sell my parents' vacant lot in Mason County. This was a very lengthy process since vacant lots typically take longer to sell. However, Laura's excellent communication skills, diligence and hard work brought us to the finish line. We are very happy with the outcome, and we highly recommend Ison Realty.

Met and purchased our first home back in this area from Shane in 2002. Several years later we also had a second home and sold it using Shane as our realtor. Through Shane we sold the home for approx $75,000 more than what local realtors said we could. I'd have to say he did a pretty good job. Thanks again Shane.
We both bought and sold houses recently using Ison Realty. Shane knows what he is doing. He got us top price for the house we sold and a good deal on the house we bought. And they both closed on the same day, so no hotel stay. I would recommend Ison Realty to everyone.
