This review is for the office not for the doctors. The office manager is not reachable at all, not by phone not by email. They overcharge more than what the insurance company allow and refuse reimbursement. Unprofessional New office management in 2025 is more responsive to concerns and provides solutions
"I chose this dental office because of its excellent reviews, but my experience was disappointing. They seem to care more about money than patient service. After my first visit, which included X-rays and an evaluation, they immediately asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment the same day. I agreed, and while I was still seated in the chair, they insisted I pay on the spot before proceeding, which felt a bit strange. Did a great job cleaning my teeth! Very nice staff.
Different from my usual (due to maternity leave) but very quick, friendly, professional, and addressed a core issue with my current teeth. Will see her again but would recommend.
