This company is a TOTAL S...C...A...M! Horrible product that doesn't even work half the time and virtually NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I wasted over $500 buying this piece of **** system! They need to be sued! I would have given 0 stars, but that was not an option!!!!!
Terrible company. After their sale it is completely worthless. I am buying SimpliSafe and blowing up iSmartAlarm system.
My iSmartAlarm system is now useless. I have $300 invested in sensors which now have to be removed. No help from the new company which was suppose to take over customer service...meshare. There should be a class action. I want my money back... *** G
After spending over $950 for ISmart alarm system including remote tag, ICube, 7 motion sensors, and 6 contact sensors, I don't wish to re-install another alarm system, especially that I was with ADT a few months ago. My brother had ISmartalarm for 7 years and never had a problem. ADT was not all too reliable for me. The alarm went off without calling me and the service charge of $60 per month was too expensive. iSmart just dumped all their product to another entity and the camera I just purchased isn't supported! They need to refund customers or face a class action.
ISmartAlarm makes home security products. ISmartAlarm is out of business but still selling hardware on Amazon, also its Amazon store is still up. I have asked Amazon to correct this ASAP.
Very poor customer service for the past year or so. Their staff has lied to me and some other customers numerous times. They unloaded a bunch of their surplus, knowing they were going out of business. I could never get a straight answer out of their technicians (when I could actually get in touch with one) about the businesses status. The company seems to no longer maintaining its services since the revealing of a major security vulnerability of it's product. The mobile app is old and no updates for almost two years. I have to throw away all components I purchased from this company. Their website also took down all reviews and disallow user to post new reviews.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I'm convinced the company is a scam ran out of someone's basement. This company does not answer the phone and has 1 customer service representative. I had to send multiple seperate tickets and I got apology emails from the one representative- who was overwhelmed with complaints. The server is consistently down leaving your home un protected.
