My husband has all night coughing and he visits they don't even check his chest when we ask why .. they scream and tell to us never come here if we don't like their examine.. l guess they don't need us anymore .. that wasn't be first mistake for us .. so sad .. Sera bubel
He always helps us a lot. Also, all office staff solve all our problems. We don't feel foreign in this office. Thank you very much to everyone.
Doctor and office stuff so helpful and kind
Dr. Ozcan is an amazing doctor. He’s always busy but he cares and does his very best for his patients. Also,his staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s one girl, Kim, she’s such a sweetheart, everytime she answers the phone she’s always friendly and caring. Overall, recommend this office to all.
Great personal care and response!
I have been his patient now for the last 2 years. He is very nice, and the office is very busy. He works with people who have financial problems including insurance issues and sometimes offers discounts to financially challenged patients. Great for minority groups including Spanish speaking patients, as I see the clerks speak fluent Spanish. I personally show up most of the time without appointment and the office staff fits me in even when they are at peak hours. I recommend him.
Dr. Ozcan has been a huge support system for my mother while she fights many different medical issues. He has always been kind a listens to his patients. He truly cares and that is rare to find in Doctors these days. The staff is wonderful and always ready to answer questions. As a patient and as a concerned family member of another patient, I know that we can always count on exceptional service here!
Dr. Ozcan is a doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. He has been my doctor for the last past 5 years. He has helped me when no other doctor has been able to I would highly recommend him to anybody in my family or friends you need to see this doctor he is miraculous. I have no complaints on this man.
