I can’t believe people would give this place five stars. My experience with this office has been beyond awful. I’ve been coming here with my son for years, making a long drive each time, trusting that we’d be cared for. But this last visit was devastating. The doctor, who knew the urgency of my son’s issue, didn’t even look at us. He left us standing there, clearly angry and completely unprofessional. I’ve been going to Dr Ozcan for several years now. I’ve had several different issues when I started seeing Dr Ozcan. Dr Ozcan and his NP got me back on the right track. I truly think that the Dr is very knowledgeable and cares for his patients, as does his wife. I don’t feel rushed, and I do feel heard. At every visit they check to be sure all my tests, X-rays, scans etc are up to date, so I feel secure in knowing that they pay attention to my medical needs.

Despite I booked an appointment with Dr. Ismail Ozcan for my initial visit, I could not get to him. While registering myself at the reception and asking few follow up questions relating to insurance etc, a lady with a white coat from the back of the room stormed towards us and started asking "what's the problem here". I looked at her for few seconds trying to understand why she is interrupting our discussion with the receptionist. Thanks Dr Ismail and staff for special care and high levels of medical professionalism before during and after my surgery you Rock and I'm grateful for your leadership and service, healing continues but I'm in good Healthcare and I highly recommend the Dr and services, he treats people not illnesses and his Clinic offers a wide landscape of services most Dr's don't have onsite....
