I've lived here for a couple months now and I really love it! The pool area is beautiful and really fun on the weekends and everyone is really friendly. They need to finish the gas grills but I guess they are working on this. I live in the siesta key which is the smallest of the units and it is pretty pricey, but for how nice it is and my lake view and all the amenities here it's worth it. I'd say this is deff a good community for young professionals which is what I really love about it too...not many kids or families. The m... read more

Here's the honest truth read all... I've been living here for 8 months now, the amenities are ok, nice pool area but closes too early, gated community but anyone can get in... Under new management which has turned this place into "the nazi isles of gateway" where we pay $1595 monthly for a tiny apartment and need a "fun pass" just to enter the pool, gym, tennis or volleyball area... I understand wanting to keep out random people that don't live here... But we're now limited to have 2 guests visit at a time, that's literally ... read more
