RecommendedWe toured 15 communities before choosing Isles of Gateway because of the spacious apartment layouts AND the huge dog park. It is so convenient to walk to the dog park and let our dog run and play with dogs that he has had the opportunity to become familiar with compared to driving to a public park. All of the pet owners that we have met have been very kind and courteous. If you are considering your pet's wellbeing as a part of your move, definitely check out this property.
I have lived at the Isles of Gateway for about 6 years. It is for the most part very quiet. It is a gated community which is very nice. The office staff is always friendly when I walk in or call. They are always willing to help if there are any issues. The pool area is very resort like and makes for a nice relaxing weekend. My favorite part about the community is the dog park though! I've only been here a few months now. I love the property, there's so much space for my pup to play. The staff is lovely. I really don't have any major complaints so far living here. I haven't experienced any community events as of yet. Hopefully there will be one soon.
there are no lights at the pool, grills or walkways behind the leasing office. that means that in the winter if u get home after 5 you can not grill and u can not safely swim or use the hot tub. they have been made aware of the problem but I haven't seen them do anything about it
Living at Isles of Gateway has been a nightmare. Water damage and black mold have ruined much of my stuff and management is difficult to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.
Just moved in and I'm so happy I did. I have moved about 10 times in the past 4 years but this is by far my favorite apartment complex. Hanging by the pool makes me feel like I'm forever on vacation!
Great place to live and good location . I love my apartment and the amenities.
