RecommendedToday was our first time at Islandside. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The staff was so caring and sweet to our puppy Beauregard. If you’re in need of a great place to take your animals look no further.
Today (January 6th 2021) was our first time here, and the staff was absolutely outstanding! They made myself and my dog feel so welcome and secure. 10/10 recommend them!
Don't waste your time - I am looking for a new vet as I'm new to this area and just adopted a rescued dog that still needs medical help. I read many positive reviews from facebook, so Islandside was my first choice. I called today and was told that since I'm new to this practice, it will take 4-6 weeks to get me in - I even told them I just got a rescued dog that needs work, and it clearly doesn't matter, especially since absolutely no questions were asked about the reasons for the appt. The receptionist is very rude, which has happened repeatedly, but then we had an emergency-our dog was bit by another dog & throwing up, I called at 5 & they are open until 7- but they were to busy to see him & we have been clients since they opened-unbelievable!!!
Islandside Animal Hospital is AMAZING!!!!!! The customer service is wonderful and their prices are the best I’ve found. Dr.Nicole Nichols was sooo down to earth and treated us like family! She stayed late (way after they closed) to do a surgery on my chihuahua and was $2,000 LESS than what I had been quoted! 😲 They did not have to do what they did, but they did! I had an emergency situation on Friday. My daughter’s pug was the recipient of a very bad incident. He was in shock and unresponsive upon delivery to this wonderful establishment. He was critical at 8:30 in the morning and by 5:00 PM he was ready to come home. I am forever indebted to the staff for saving this dog’s life. Thank you Islandside Animal Hospital ❤️.
Cannot say enough positive things about this vet. You are making the best decision if you bring your pets here. They always have your pets best interest during every situation.
We were seen quickly and everyone was very friendly. Our puppy had an exceptional visit with Dr. Braun who gave him a thorough exam. I highly recommend this animal hospital!🐾
