I walk the trail around the Y every morning and evening. I must say its the best walking trail I have ever used. Winding, elevated and for the most part, shady.

Hi Hamza! We are open from 430am until 930pm Monday through Thursday. 430am until 8pm on Fridays, 7pm on Saturday and in observance of Sundays - we are open from 1pm until 6pm! This gives our members ample access to the facility and our staff adequate time with their families. We hope to see you at the Y soon!
