Trellis Payne is an amazing and energetic spin instructor. You'll have so much fun in her class that you won't know how hard you're working. Take it! You will not be disappointed!
Sunday hours are just not useful And way too crowded most of the time with folks just socializing at equipment
Hours are too limited. It’s imposdible to get to the Y most days. Why are you not open at 6 am everyday? Especially Sunday? Not with the cost of membership.
Business response:
We are open Monday - Thursday 4:30 am until 9:30 pm. Fridays from 4:30 am until 8:00 pm. Saturdays from 7 am until 7 pm and Sundays from 1 pm until 6 pm. We find that the abbreviated hours on Sunday allows our staff adequate time with their families. We do offer outdoor walking trails and atheltic fields should you wish to utilize those, wheather permitting of course!
I like most things about the Y but it seems they put most of the money into the cardio equipment. I definitely like the addition of the HIIT room but the weights need some work and we could really benefit from another squat rack (Not smith machine) and a deadlift platform of some sort. Habersham seems to put more care into their weights and I wish we could also.
