Islands y rocks, the youth department is out of this world, a true God send!!! Wouldn't know what to do without them!! Gymnastics is the bomb, fabulous coaches, swim team is amazing as well! Love this place!!!
Great place! The staff and members are very nice and there are a lot of options for your workout. They have a huge weight room (machines and free weights) and they have a spin room as well as an aerobics room. I'm very happy with my decision to join!
Everyone is always so friendly, no one bothers you while you workout unless you're doing something you shouldn't be doing to the equipment
