I had a wonderful experience with Islandia Pools. As promised, my pool was up and running for my daughter's wedding. Dave went out of his way to help find the right grout color and tile. The weekly maintenance crew have been very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be disappointed.
I switched to Islandia two years ago and their pool services continue to ex ceed my expectations. They expertly keep my pool clean and the chemicals balanced. We have had no algae blooms despite severe weather. Service calls for equipment maintenance are responded to quickly and handled professionally. Their prices are reasonable and billing is generally flat rate so there are no surprises. I can't rave enough about our experience with Islandia Pools for the purchase of our Bull Frog hot tub. Nicole was our salesperson and she was incredibly patient with us during this entire process. We asked a ton of questions, made lots of phone calls and texts and nothing was ever a bother! She was a big help in deciding what jets to choose and also let us take home color samples to help match the spa to our house siding. I have been using Islandia Pools in Riverhead for several years and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of their service. They originally installed our pool, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. Since then, they have continued to open and close our pool each season and provide weekly maintenance service.
