I can’t say enough about Islandia Pools, the people there, and their commitment to their customers. I had a leak in my hot tub during a multi week cold spell. I needed help fast, to ensure that my tub which was normally heating itself to keep warm and not freeze. My tub is partly recessed in my deck creating a multi trade logistical nightmare. For years we had been talking about getting a hot tub. I passed Islandia every day and one day I finally called and spoke to Dave, and he helped me pick the perfect tub. The price was amazing too. I can't say enough about Islandia Pools. From start to finish with our requests, they were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They helped us design a backyard oasis, were clear about pricing, and were not bothered by any changes we wanted to make. If you're looking for a pool company with a great staff and high quality products, call them now. Highly recommend!
The service tech stripped all the screws on the side of the hot tub. I also have had my pool closed for the majority of the year. So when they saw this review they called to tell me I was lying. He started yelling at me saying I haven’t had an appointment this year. No maybe I haven’t but I also never took the pool siding off myself so I know it was them.
