I'm currently visiting family for the holiday season and ran into an emergency. I found this place BECAUSE they handle emergency cases. I called, left a message, and then received an automated text shown. I provided them with some basic information about my emergency. While I appreciate them providing another place to go, you should have an opening in case of an emergency! Sorry isn't going to fix my jaw. What's the point in emergency bookings if you're going to fill up all the chairs.

I was with my last dentist for over 20 years and when I moved to Bainbridge Island I was nervous to try someone new. My experience was amazing and I feel relieved knowing I have a new dentist I can count on. Extremely professional and the entire staff had great people skills/ communication. My hygienist, Heather, literally gave me thee easiest most pain free cleaning ever! She was extremely thorough and meticulous and fun to talk to. I was a new client at IslandDental and I was lucky enough to get the newest addition to this great team of Doctors - Dr Brandon Walker. I’m embarrassed but it had been almost 2 years since my last check up. Not proud. I was able to get in a couple days after my first call to the clinic. I had 4 fillings drilled and repaired on opposite sides of my mouth. Dr Walker worked with me to come up with a care plan and I was able to get in on consecutive days to get these fillings completed. Excellent dental office. I've gone here for 2 years, and had an easy time every time. The staff are accommodating to schedule constraints, gentle during cleaning, informative without scolding about recommendations, and willing go to extra steps to make things like x-rays less unpleasant.

You and the team are amazing at Island Dental. I was almost tempted to reschedule my appt. due to my busy day at work. Taking an earlier ferry was going to make my day a lot more flexible, enjoyable and less rushed. When I parked my car at your office and walked to the building I recalled all the many hours spent in other doctors and dentists offices, I immediately gave up hope of making the earlier ferry.
