It was time to replace all the shades in our condo and we decided to go fully automated. Island Window Coverings offered us the Lutron system at a competitive price. Thanks go to Nishanthi for her great advice and for making sure our project went well. Highly recommended!
Poor customer service. The older lady with all the rings was rude, condescending and clearly not fit for a customer facing position.
As part of a new condo build, my unit was equipped with a fancy pants living room window shade and the control rod was in an inconvenient spot for furniture configuration. Dealing with Becky to get a swap done was very seamless and helpful. She was able to get someone here in a timely fashion. When Matt showed up, he was very respectful and polite, making quick and easy work of the switch. He was mindful of my furniture and agile enough to get in out and around without issue.
