I've been going here for 7 years. The past year has just been bad experience after bad experience with the staff. The doctor is great if you don't mind a 2 hour wait when they tell you it's only going to be 20 minutes. Than when you finally make it to a room, it's another 20-30 minute wait before you are seen. it's unfortunate but I won't be going back.
RecommendedDr. Balfour and her staff are very caring. Our dog Rascal is a patient who has been in their care for over 8 years. Recently went through a rough battle with leptospirosis and she has him on the road of recovery. I highly recommend them
The vet is very personable and we sincerely like her. We were put through unnecessary distress though being told my favorite cat had cancer and only 3 months to live. She is only 6 years old. The biopsy showed that her tumor which encompassed her sphincter muscle and blocked the entrance of food from her stomach into her bowels was noncancerous. We have since put her on a baby food and pate diet so she is no longer throwing up and she went from 3 pounds to 7 pounds and is very healthy now.
I don’t know what I would ever do without Dr. Barbour and the staff. They are irreplaceable. They’re like family. You feel the love and caring as soon as you walk in. Dr Barbour is an angel and I trust her with all my babies and I always will. She has gotten me through some very hard times. I will forevermore be grateful ❤️❤️❤️
My experience last night with my baby Zack who is a male cat 🐈 was looking hopeless when I arrived, I want to say this was my first time at this hosp , and when I met the doctor and staff I just knew I finally found caring , awesome people , who made Zack and me feel so comfortable,the hopelessness I walk in with totally was turned around , my baby came home with me and today is doing better , I totally recommend this hospital.Thank you Doc and staff .
The wait times are a little long, but the staff and vet is wonderful
I love this place! Dr. Balbour is amazing. Office staff is great. Alicia and Dana are very sweet and very helpful. My senior Boxer has been having some health issues so I’ve been seeing the office more than I’d like to, but am always greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. Dr. Balbour is very knowledgeable and kind. This is the place to go for your fur baby(s)! ❤️
Great place my pit is my life. This place is the only place I’d take him
Very loving and very clean. They are the best and their boarding is fabulous
