Great place to visit. The people that work here are very helpful and nice. I'd return every year if I could.
I rented a house in Sanibel for the month of January 2014. I was very disappointed at several things in this house. All three bathrooms were outdated, and there were numerous maintenance problems that should have been taken care of before our arrival. The staff I spoke with was argumentative and rude. I later spoke with Fran, the owner, who was apologetic. I did not request a reduction in the rental cost, and Fran did not offer any, although it would have been reasonable to do so.
