We had the best experience with island title. We used them for our closing this year and visiting their office you could tell the company was well run and staffed by good people. I have had no bad experiences with any title company in the past I just felt that island title was in a higher echelon. I would highly recommend them and honestly I would not use anyone else in Florida.

I closed yesterday with Elaine and Sarah. My Agent Anita and my mortage Guy Ben we’re all so fabulous. I would highly recommend Elaine and Sarah for your Title and Escrow needs. I Felt very relaxed and excited that I was closing on my condo and things went fabulous!! Yah for Island Title.
