I love Island Time—such a great atmosphere and culture! Very nice people, an inviting space and clean facility. Ginger the owner and Monica (Saturday AM) are amazing instructors and precious people in general. Such a FUN way to workout… this is the place to do it and feel safe, welcome and un-judged!
