Love the sushi.. Best in the valley for sure:). I would love if you were able to add labels of some sort to the rolls as they go by so you know what they are....... Or at least categorize different rolls with different plate colors. Example: raw rolls=red plate, etc.

I am one who can be skeptical of sushi and typically am not a fan. Island Sushi changed that for me. The variety of sushi rolls, desserts, and sides that were available were fresh, delicious, and made me a sushi lover! Not only do you get items from the buffet, but you can choose as many sushi rolls as time allows from the menu. The buffet style is not one that I have ever seen before. The sushi was amazing but the atmosphere is just awesome. My wife and I sometimes just loved watching the different creations float by. The staff were incredibly friendly and the chefs were fun to watch. Thanks again for a great experience!
