From the phone call to set then appointment to the actual service and follow up emails and calls to make sure I was totally satisfied with my tune. Brought in my mk7 in and went unitronic stage 2. These guys are great! Fantastic service! Extremely knowledgeable staff. Took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
Have had work on both my r32 and my Passat with exhaust and intake install and both went great. Top shelf. You can ask them questions and they do not make you feel like you are annoying them with question after question. Very rare for a high level shop. Worth the 45 min drive to the shop from my house.
The guys at Island Sports Works are great! I took my mk6 GTI there for a few major services and the guys in the shop were extremely informative and helpful in every way. They answered all of my questions and took special care of my car as only German car enthusiasts could. They even sent me text/photo updates (upon request) as work was being done! They've gained a customer in me and I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
