Not sure where to start but i will try to keep this short. I blew the crank hub on my new BMW M2 Competition. I shopped around and the prices were all comparable to one another. The guys down at Island Sport works took care of my wife's 2017 Outback 2.5i when it came to the Carbon Cleaning (Chemical) service they offered. Worked like a charm for it and literally saw a 3-4 MPG jump on the drive home with very noticable gains in low end pickup and much smoother idle and general operation. This is a necessary service for all Direct Injection motors every so often (varies for model) and helps keep them running efficient and at their best. The staff is very professional and up to date. Everyone is very polite and respectful. Mike always kept up us to date about our car. If there were any changes he would get in touch with us before they did anything. They went out and beyond to get my son's car running with no issues. I was also very impressed that after we got the car back, they followed up with us to make sure that there were no issues and that we were happy with their service. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
Can not say enough great things about ISW! I was in NJ working and was supposed to head back to TX, 3 days before that my car broke, I called the shop, they got me right in, diagnosed the issue and had all the parts the next day along with getting it all repaired with no issues. Drove it out of the shop and 1600+ miles back home NO PROBLEMS. They were fair, quick, honest and the work was top notch. Love those guys.
