Ordered a ZZ plant based on their website advertisement with same day delivery as a gift for my wife. Didn't hear any delivery confirmation and they don't answer their phone. Found out at the end of the day via their email contact page that they don't have the plant and they canceled my order. 3/5 stars for poor communication.
Arrangement sloppy, greens jammed in all crazy that were choking the flowers, and also broke others. Kept debating whether or not to leave a review, but it was over $200(!!!).
