Great place to live
Although we ended up buying a house, this was the nicest complex we seen when looking for a new home. They did have some construction problems back then that they were redoing and which i heard stretched into quite a bit of problems. But even after seeing quite a few other complex’s since moving here I still feel it’s probably the nicest complex in the city. I wasn’t thrilled with the location was my only concern.
We loved living there. The pool feels like a high end resort. All the amenities and activities available make it fun and it’s a great way to meet others. If you want peace and quiet or wish to use the gym to play pickle ball or basketball this is a wonderful hidden gem in PCB.
Amazing we just moved here , everyone is super friendly. Super informative about things to do in the area. I've already made a bunch of fishing buddies who are going to show me are all the fishing in the area is. We love the pool love the fitness room we love the whole place and we love our place. Why would you ever want to leave here. 🤟🥥🦜
Bought in August ‘24 and moved in full time Mar ‘25. So far we love it. Very relaxing atmosphere. Pool is always sparkling and hot tub has been great after workouts in the gym. Game room has a pool table and darts with large screen TV . Overall have had minimal interaction with neighbors but that’s ok we get out!
