After reading the fine print of their rental application posted on the website, I realized all the properties managed by Island Realtors are not pet friendly. Sure the individual listings may vary, but the posted application says otherwise. Just an FYI for those of us browing their website's extensive list of available listings. Dont miss out on the small details!
Scott Fujiwara was referred to us as the best realtor in Honolulu by one of the heads of Guaranteed Rate in Hawaii (they should know, right!). Scott was wonderful! I initially found my apartment with Island Realtors off of Craigslist. The landlord, Jan Kim who I was contacted by was easy dealing with upon me viewing; filling out an application with, and later moving in to my apartment located at 1420 Alapai St #403.
