I am writing from across the country after receiving a check with the remainder of our security deposit. I rented my house out with IPP and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I was lied to about pets, damages were never fixed, and good luck trying to get in touch with them. They “don’t answer phones on the weekends”. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Eric called me ridiculous because he failed to complete my plumbing request since April 2019. I put up with a lot from this company but to fail on maintenance requests several at that is unacceptable then to call me out of my name is deplorable. My children’s genitals were of no concern to Eric. I followed up in February 2020 an nothing.
