Years back I called this place on a holiday weekend, I thought the owner answered & told me I really didn't have a problem! He was right & I thought he would be my go to guy in an emergency. That emergency happened last month, this time a rude woman told me they couldn't even fit me in for 2 weeks. 2 weeks without ac in the hottest July on record. Ended up being taken advantage of by Morris Jenkins! Beware and please comparison shop, the panic will subside and make informed decisions!

So grateful they were available on Christmas Eve, our heating went out during the night. Thankfully it was a relatively simple repair and we were able to have heat for Christmas!

I have had excellent service with Island Point HVAC Vinnie always returns his phone messages and arrives when he says he will be there he is one of the best hvac companies I have ever had. I recommend Vinnie to anyone who needs service.

Covid delays were expected from Trane but as soon as it arrived Vinny was on top of it. He actually came out beforehand and tweak the old system a little bit to help us get by until the new unit arrived. The unit was installed in less then a day and everything is working like a charm.
