If I could give zero stars, I would. We were trying to move into a place that allows short term rentals, and their website states they allow month-to month. The rental agency required a security deposit before sending us a lease agreement. We paid the security deposit within 24 hours and later found out the unit we applied for wasn’t available for month-to-month rentals. Though I haven't lived here I plan to relocate to this apartment when my credit report is clear of derogatory information and my income is acceptable level, I love Wisconsin and my people come from this state, from what I researched there is low crime and a safe community also what is great is that the fishing is tops. I look forward to a quiet calm lifestyle.
I stopped at this apartment complex last week and the doors were locked. There is no one to talk to you about availability apparently. I then called the number and left a voicemail but no one has called me back yet. Very unprofessional if you ask me
