Mal mantenimiento ay plaga de cucarachas en todos los departamentos y las personas que trabajan en la oficina son déspotas no tienen criterio
Es un lugar pacífico y el personal de hay todos muy atentos Vivi 2 anós hay y siempre mantienen limpio, en cuanto a los detalles , cuando algo nesecitas atencion , ellos ese mismo día te hacen saber a que horas irán a areglarlo y si es emergencia , ni se diga , ahora estoy en otro lugar , que pues esta más moderno pero nada que ver con la atención k hay recibí acá no ponen atención a las reparaciones y mucho menos las yardas … por esa razón mil veces hay aunque esté sencillo pero bien atendido y con su alberca y todo Gracias... read more
Do Not Recommend Renting Here, Unless You Want Your Cars Vandalized, Management Will Not Do Anything About It, Even Though It Happens On Their Property. They Can Not Help You As They Dont Have Any Security Survaillance On The Parking Lots Except In The Front Area. They Should Consider Placing More Survaillance All Around The Outside/Parking Lots, For Security Of The Tenants & Tenants Property, Incase Of Any Emergency.
Valley Island Palms is a peaceful place to live. QUIET which is great since I work early mornings. The management staff is awesome, especially Deysi and Liz. When I say they go above and beyond they do. I have been living here about 4 years and highly recommend.
