Totally mishandled the situation in which the glasses they produced for me did not match the prescription they gave me.

RecommendedBest Optometrist in town with a great selection on frames
Used to love this place. Excellent doctor. However we drive over an hour and there was traffic we were less then 15 mins late so I called out of courtesy and was told I should reschedule. Its completely unacceptable to treat your clients this way. You lost two customers today due to this. Learn to more a bit more accommodating and courteous. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service ever. The customer is always right.
I can not say enough good things about eyes on the island. They are wonderful. Every person there is so nice and helpful. I have been going to them since I moved to the island 4 years ago and have recommended them to several friends. It’s rare that you find a practice where the doctor and the entire staff are so thoughtful and conscientious. They are the best! 5 STARS!! ⭐️

Eyes on the Island is by far the best Optometrist's office that I've been to during my 58 years of experience. I've worked in one way or another with all of the gals in the office and really can't say enough good about each of them. However, Ali has become my #1! My eyeglass needs are more complicated now than ever before. And for the first time in years, the most irritating of my vision problems has been eliminated because Ali took extra care to make sure my glasses would be perfect. Thank you all!
Eyes on the Island is the best optical store. We found out my 3 year old needed glasses and had no clue where to go. Most places don't cater to young children and are not very helpful. We got a recommendation to go to Eyes on the Island and we are beyond happy with their service. Ben was so amazing with my daughter. He ordered 7 different lenses for us to try to make sure we got the right fit and look. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right frames.
