I came here to get my acrylic set removed and let a lady work on taking it off. She said they didn’t have foil to remove the acrylic so she just set a towel on top and came back to scrape the acrylic off, however the acrylic wouldn’t come off because she didn’t use the foil. The owner then came by and told her to just file the acrylic off. She proceeded to file until I felt my toe nail beds burning. I had the BEST experience at Island Nail Lounge in Longview! The owner and the entire staff were extremely nice, professional, and so personable. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Such sweet people.
