I want to Thank Dr. Blalock and Ms. Laura for rescheduling me on short notice. As always I was treated with Professional and friendly service.
Tough to say that going to the dentist was an excellent experience, but it was. Entire staff is warm and engaging. Explanations are clear and understandable, and options are reviewed and discussed so that you understand all of the variables.
Thorough and pro-active treatment. Appointment process and availability is excellent. And the office and treatment rooms are comfortable and pleasant.
From the greeting to the service itself, it was an excellent experience, I strongly recommend them!
No problems -- pretty painless cleaning
Really enjoyed the new hygienist, Angela. She was terrific. And of course, it's always good to see Dr. Blalock.
My cap falls off on the 4th of July. I call to leave a message, not an emergency, but important, so I can get an appointment before I leave on a business trip 8 days. Not only do I get a call back in less than an hour, Dr. Blalock opens the office just for me on Friday and I'm good as new!
